Full Planning and Design
This service includes:
Planning and Design
- Initial consultation to discuss your requirements, likes, dislikes and visions for your event
- Discussion of colours and ideas for design before initial sourcing of suppliers, accessories and decorations.
- Detailed proposal of your ideas and visions complete with my recommendations.
Venue Sourcing
- Consultation and sourcing of available venues complete with report and recommendations ahead of your visits.
- Assist with booking and contracts plus also liaising with the venue throughout the process.
Supplier Sourcing
- I can provide suppliers from my list of contacts I have already worked with or source new suppliers depending on your brief.
- Suppliers can be sourced for all your requirements
- Management of all suppliers
On-The-Day Coordination
- Be first point of contact with all guests and you on the day
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm all arrangements and timetable for the day
- Ensure venue is decorated to your requirements
- Be in attendance on the day (for up to 8 hours)
Overall management
- Budget management
- Unlimited e-mail and telephone support
- Advice on etiquette
- Be first point of contact with all suppliers and you
- Regular updates
- Cost: 10-15% of your total wedding budget, depending on the complexity of the wedding and your requirements. Minimum fee £1,500. Fixed fees are also available.
