Initial consultation to discuss your requirements

Contact suppliers to double check bookings and confirmation of times
Produce a wedding schedule and distribute to all concerned
Unlimited email and telephone support
Handover session to discuss what plans and suppliers you have already put into place and their contact details and discussion on any outstanding plans and/or suppliers
Action plan to cover any remaining outstanding plans
Sourcing and coordinating of last minute suppliers
Confirm numbers with caterers and any special dietary requests
Provide assistance and advice on creating your table plans
RSVP management
Advice on budgets if you have a big overspend
Budget management and payment reminders
Regular updates on the times identified in the action plan
